Pinnacle Porta Potty Rental Milwaukee was founded in 2019 by David Kowalski, who grew up in Milwaukee's proud Polish community on the South Side. After years of coordinating event logistics at Henry Maier Festival Park—home to Summerfest and the city's iconic ethnic festivals—David saw firsthand how hard it was to find a portable sanitation company that showed up on time, kept units genuinely clean, and treated every customer with respect. He partnered with Sarah Chen, whose operations background spanning the Wisconsin Center and lakefront hospitality gave her deep expertise in managing large-scale service logistics. Together, they built Pinnacle around a simple promise: treat every rental—whether it's a single unit for a Riverwest block party or a fleet of restrooms for a Brookfield construction site—with the same care and professionalism. What began with a small fleet and a rented garage has grown into a full-service operation covering all of Milwaukee County, but the values David learned in his family's South Side shop haven't changed: show up, do the work right, and never take a customer for granted.
